With years of experience, in the meat and seafood export industry we understand how to obtain, store, prepare and serve the freshest food. On Friday nights, it's hard to get a seat in restaurant even it off-peak times so book early. Fresh Steak served with Salad.

We have developed a top reputation for very high quality seafood, including prawns, oysters, bugs and we also supply fresh meat to the island. Our prawns and other seafood are sourced fresh from local trawlers. Moreton Bay Rock Oysters are grown in local Oyster Leases next to Moreton Island.

We all know how hard it is to get really fresh seafood. You tried our product and we know you love it. So next time you're having a celebration remember you can order our fresh seafood to be shipped direct to you in Brisbane. We know how to pack and send quality food as as we have one of the few certifications to export to Asia.

Grow your own oysters

We also offer a special way to know your oysters are fresh. You can buy them early and we will grow them for you on our Oyster Lease.
